shipping policy
In WOW PRODUCTOS we work every day to improve your experience in the store. We want you to feel at home.
Very soon we will be launching an express delivery service so you can receive your orders in the shortest time possible without having to pay any extra shipping costs.
We offer free shipping worldwide (see below for countries where we currently do not ship) for a purchase amount above the amount indicated in the top bar or the equivalent in other currencies. For amounts less than the indicated amount, the shipping cost is 2.90€.
Shipping times:
In order to offer you low prices on all our products we have decided not to work with middlemen and many of our items are processed and shipped directly from our manufacturer.
Standard shipping time is approximately 2 weeks.
In specific cases, due to high demand or logistical issues, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us via the following email: vayaproductos@gmail.com writing the word shipping in the subject and we will solve it immediately.

Transactions in other currencies.
If your credit card account is in a currency other than Euros, it is possible that the exchange rate may not be exactly the one shown on our website, depending on the exchange rate of each bank. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction policies.
